The hotel location worked well for transportation and a nearby park. concierge and desk staff were polite and helpful. they checked us in quickly and held our bags when we arrived early. they also ordered taxis for us. I am grateful.
One night, there was a very loud fire alarm at 5 a.m.. It woke everyone. the hotel lacked an announcement system. This caused confusion, though it was a false alarm.

the location is near public transport options making access to various parts simple the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. breakfast offered diverse choices including an omelette station. the sauna was an excellent amenity and i enjoyed it very much
a fire alarm occurred one morning at 6 am waking up the entire hotel though it was quickly determined to be a false alarm no compensation was offered upon check-out

The sauna offered a great way to relax. public transport connections near the hotel made moving around easy. a supermarket was very close, within a minute's walk. I found this very convenient.
The ac wasn't working properly. Different staff gave different excuses about it.
